European Commission regularly publishes the guide for the implementation of the New Approach Directives where are detailed the principles of free movement of goods, market surveillance, obligations of the manufacturers, distributors and importers:

• “Plavi vodič” o provedbi pravila EU-a o proizvodima 2022. (in Croatian),
• The “Blue Guide” on the implementation of EU products rules 2022 (in English).
